The property has a 30sqm apartments, located on the ground floor of a building comprising a total of 7 apartments. The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, for a total of 4 beds.
The apartment, overlooking the garden, has an independent entrance and is equipped with an independent kitchen and private bathroom.
The apartment is furnished in a simple way and is equipped with air conditioning, TV, bathroom accessories and appliances (hairdryer, washing machine, towels, soaps and toilet paper) and everything needed for cooking (pots, oven, kettle, coffee maker and various tools).

You can also take advantage of the outdoor common area where you will find the garden set up with barbecue, table and chairs, outdoor showers and you will have the opportunity to park your car.
