Description
The Serra family has been involved in fishing for generations, owners of several boats, every day they bring fresh fish from the Sardinian sea to land. Today it is possible to taste the seafood specialties in the I Due Fratelli holiday farm on the Sant’Antioco seafront which is a few tens of meters from the fishing boats dock, or on board the motor ships during excursions. The dishes proposed change according to the catch of the day, both in the restaurant and on board the fishing boats, a simple cuisine is offered with traditional recipes, made with “poor fish” and with fine fish and crustaceans.
